Join us on New Years Eve for a fresh experience of intention! We will co-create an adventure of redefinition through visual stimulus, ritual, and performance. Lets arrive in the power of the feminine creative energy in a brand new way! Your body, a candle, and a dish to share will be required. Kids are welcome, as the house is crawling with em!
Lady Windgood (Elsewhere founder, builder, and board member) is creating art in many forms, including painting, jewelry hangers, light sculptures, alter boxes and more. Sonya Burke is a self proclaimed writer, costumer, and visual artist! She loves art that moves, screams, runs off the canvas, gyrates with a rhythm, captures an audience and holds em for ransom, and some art that simply exists in its own beautiful world far from this one. Miss Merry is working on turning gravity off so, we all can float. She is also dabbling in inspirational cards, buttons, and harnessing God’s energy. Jessie Babalooba is painting cheesy love art hoping it strikes a chord in somebody’s soul. Timy Tefling is one of the youngest residents to come through Elsewhere. He is drawing psychedelic pencil drawings, writing poems, fire-spinning, and making awesome graphic designs. Finally, Skye Blue is inspired by the people and context of her immediate environment. She has studied dance, and puppetry, and theater of the oppressed, but chooses now mostly to hide away in solitary work and play.
